  • A Very Poor, and Worse, Unnecessary, Service



    I have the unique experience of working with Kinney Management Services from both sides of the fence: as a Board Member and as just a lowly Homeowner. This company spends a great deal of time and effort to justify the fees HOAs pay to them. I heard complaints as a Board Member and blindly assumed that KMS was behaving ethically - then I moved, became just a homeowner, and began experiencing the exact same issues that I had previously heard as complaints.
